Currently, we’re in the Dream series of people living their dream. The dream is not just something we we do when we are asleep, but dreams are in our conscious awake state.

That we can have dreams and those dreams can be fulfilled, that we can have visions and those visions can come into manifestation. Well, today, I’m so glad to have with us today Dr. Lisa Meyer Vaughner from Baltimore, Maryland. I think it’s not Baltimore give us, is it Pikesville in Randallstown? Owings Mills, Maryland.

Owens Mills, Maryland? Yes, in Baltimore County. So glad to have you with us, Dr. Lisa. I am just so grateful and honored to have you to be a part of our Mental Note podcast this episode.

We’ve known each other for a very long time. Yes, 30 years. Yes, 30 years we’ve known each other and I’ve seen you grow.

I’ve seen you unfold, unfold and develop and become the phenomenal woman that you are today. Yes, you are a woman phenomenally. A phenomenal woman.

That’s who you are. Thank you so much. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

We’ve known each other a long time. You have helped in my development. You’ve seen me from a disciple and now into overseer.

I knew when I first heard you speak, folks, this man got a word from my life and if I understood it, yes, yes. I’m so glad that God allowed our paths to cross and for us to connect in a very genuine and authentic way that is unique and I’m grateful for that. You said, from discipleship to overseer, help our audience understand what a disciple is.

So a disciple is a. Well, discipleship is a disciplined follower of Christ. And so when I met you, I had.

I’ve been in church all my life, but I. There was a change where we say we gave my life to Christ. I was 21 and in that, that time period where I was learning about The Bible and how to read the Bible. There were a lot of questions I. I had, and the people that I was with couldn’t answer it.

Their way of looking, their way of being, seeing, thinking, and speaking and behaving was very different from mine. And so when I met you, I was still a babe in Christ. You know, there was so much that I needed to learn and understand clearer.

I mean, the basic thing that you said in that message was, was God just wants to have a relationship with you. I had all these, you got to change your clothes, you got to wear this, don’t wear this, don’t do this. But you turned that thing around in my mind.

And I’m a thinker. My mind is always ticking. It’s a giant pewter.

And so you answered my question. Thank you. Wow.

And it can be frustrating when you have a question in. You can’t seem to get the answer, and you’re talking to different people and going to different places, but that question is still not answered. So I’m grateful that I am able to be a conduit, a channel, a vessel, a resource where people’s questions can be answered and the desires of their hearts can be fulfilled.

Because sometimes, until our questions are answered, the desires of our hearts are not fulfilled. It’s kind of like in limbo. It’s kind of like in purgatory.

Until we get those questions answered, sometimes the desire of our hearts, those dreams, they really don’t come to pass because we don’t have the understanding that we need. Yes. And that was so clear.

It was so clear. Say more about that. Besides God having a relationship with.

With me, the clarity that God was in me and not outside of me answered all the majority of the questions that I had so that I could then relax in my relationship with God. Or as the scripture says, if you delight yourself in the Lord, he’ll give you the desires of your heart. So once I was able to relax in it, to really seek God out and just tune out everything, I st.

The desire started coming up for what I really, really desired. And I just. Your teaching the vessel that you were.

I would just eat off of every word, you know? You know, and it’s something because, you know, the Bible says, my sheep know my voice, and a stranger they will not follow because they don’t know the voice of a stranger. So when we meet those spiritual teachers, those spiritual guides, those spiritual leaders, it’s something about their voice. It’s something in that message that resonates with us so deeply, that lets us know okay, this is my spiritual mentor, my spiritual teacher, or my spiritual
leader.

Because you may have heard other people say similar words, but it’s something about that voice that resonates so deeply. And your voice, it really did. Even to the point where there was a time where I went over to another organization that we associate with.

I had so much meat of word that I was able to just live off of it and relax in it and grow so that I could come back again and be able to, you know, sometimes you’ve got to go out and take what you’ve got and do you really believe it? Like you can’t believe it until you walk it out. And so you, your words just gave life, it gave the nutrition needed. Because that’s when we say we eat meat.

What we’re talking about is word that is life changing, transforming and will, you will see fruit because they will know you by your fruit. And you were so the knowledge of the, of the Bible that you had, like I say, you are literally to me, a walking Bible. You built, you know, book by chapter, by verse.

Now I’m to the place I can get you into the book. I might even get you on the right street. But sometimes I’ll mess up the street address, you know, but that’s good because you are a Christ in that area.

You preparing a place in that area for me to grow. Awesome. Awesome.

And you’re becoming a wayshower for people as well. You do a lot of things. You one of those multi gifted, multi talented people with so many gifts and so many talents.

I know you to be a teacher. I know you to be a preacher. I know you to be a person that sings and loves music.

I know you to be a wife, a mother, also a person that does massage. You got that healing thing going on. And one of the latest things that you are doing is being a business owner.

And that was a dream of yours that is coming to pass. So amidst all these different roles of preaching, teaching, and you’re even writing, you know, you’re now writing a book as well. So preacher, teacher, writer, mom, wife, overseer, you know, leader, writer, healer, massage therapist, you even dip your foot in the counseling arena, in the coaching, uh, spiritual direction and formation.

I mean, you have just, you’re such a bright light and you have so many gifts and talents, skills, abilities and sensitivities that God has given you. When you told me that you were starting a business or continuing a business, owning your own business, I said I’ve got to get her on this podcast. So that she could tell us how this dream of owning your own business came about.

So my business, which is called living well today with the number two. Okay. Because everything I do is based on living well, coming from the scriptures with the woman at the well and Jesus and her drinking water, that had her going around becoming one powerful evangelist.

And so I just did a series, and I preached on her for, like, eight weeks. Yes. Every week.

There’s just so much there. And that story is in John, chapter four. There you go.

See, I told you. And it’s my. It’s my ministry scripture.

It’s my email. One of the things that you taught me was that we would be the only Bible sometimes people would see. And so I know that everything that I do is a reflection of God through the teachings that you taught me and how I interpret it.

And so as I watched you in all the many roles, like, yes, I have a lot of roles, but I think yours is maybe twice mine. We’re not the norm. You cannot put us in whatever society deems as normal.

So I understand. You know, I’ve been affirming every day for. Since 2025, I’ve been affirming I’m not normal.

I’m abnormal. I’m not usual. I am unusual.

I do not blend in. I stand out because I am outstanding. I am not average.

I am excellent. I. I am not satisfactory. I am spectacular.

That I am not mediocre. I am magnificent. You know, I’ve been affirming it every day because I used to try to, you know, blend in and kind of dim your light, you know, so that I could feel normal, so that I could feel, you know, like everybody else.

And then it’s just this overwhelming sense for 2025, just lean into that. You’re not normal. Just lean into that.

You do not blend in. Wherever you go, you’re going to stand out, stick out like a sore thumb because you just part of the chosen few. Many are called, but few are chosen.

So I let go of this idea that I’m normal. I’m not. And I don’t feel bad about it no more.

I am ab. Normal. As your daughter, as your daughter, I am the same.

I’ve always known that I was unique. I like to say that I, you know, used to call myself the love bunny, you know, but see bunnies hop all over the place. I’m a love tree like you see my tree.

I am planted in love. And I’m not all over the place, place. And so.

But I’m very unique. I’ve Always my name is unique. My energy when people get in my presence is unique.

And whenever I, I’m around people, it’s like cream rises to the top. So I cannot sit in anywhere and just be quiet. It’s just not going to happen.

So I’ve accepted my who I am and how God has called me with many, many talents which to whom much is given, much is required. So we have a whole lot going on but getting back to living well today. So I have been a massage therapist for over 20 years.

But how I got to massage was first in the 90s when I first met you, I started experiencing my hands getting hot and wanting to touch people I already like to touch. I’m a touchy person, but I have what they call anointed hugs. People come to me just to be hugged.

We don’t have to say a word, but let me hold you for about 10, 20 seconds. It will transform your world and just my energy. And so I got my dream job before I went to school for massage.

I have always wanted to be a teacher. And my favorite movie is Sister Act 2. It’s in my top three.

Yes. Marvin Goldberg, Lauryn Hill. Yes.

Tonya Blunt. Yes. I mean, oh my God.

I just really, really, I love the child. I have a childlike heart. So I love these coming of age movies and teenage.

I like, I just get into it. So with this movie, it was a desire. I was like, oh my God, I love to teach.

I’ve been teaching. It was not something that I had not been doing, but not in a traditional sense of a school. And, and my spiritual father, you were, you know, you were working at this school and I had technology as my background.

I went to school. I have a degree in technology and so I worked in the government, ran computers and even now I have a day job where I run a help desk. Well, I got the job.

You asked if I wanted to teach, I said yes. This was truly a dream come true. Number one, the name of the school was St. Francis Academy, which is the same name that was in the movie.

Yes, St. Francis. Wow. I never even made that connection before.

So that’s how I, There are certain things that you get that you know, it’s God. And I just knew that this opportunity was God, God. And I went all in.

I, I started when my first year, it was just a powerful year. The first year I was, I created a Christian group for all. It was a, it was a Catholic high school, but they were more liberal enough to allow me to be able to express my Spirituality and share it with the people, with the other students.

And so we created the. The Christian group so people can talk about it from their different perspectives. And it was, it was just.

It was wonderful. That first year also, I started working, and two weeks later, where I. Well, let me go back, where I used to work was in D.C.

at Lafont Plaza, which you can see across to Virginia, the Pentagon. This is another reason I knew this was God. Well, two weeks after leaving the federal government to teach 911 occurred.

Wow. I didn’t put that together either. You’re making so many connections.

So you were out of there two weeks before 9 11. Yes, because I. One thing would have been. I would have been stuck in D.

C. when I say out of our window, we could see the Pentagon. So me being in Baltimore, at the high school, I was away from it.

But I got to pull out all of my maternal gifts onto the children because I had to be the surrogate parent until the parents came. There are hundreds of students that I had 125 in my class, in my class during the day. The different classes, they will always remember me.

I see students now, and they, like, you were there when 911 happened. You were there for me, and you talked to me, you prayed with me. I was able to be a chaplain in that moment because they needed it.

They were babies. So. Oh, there’s another title.

Chaplain Lisa. Another gift. Yes.

Yes. But so I, I had the second year, and so I real. I lived my dream.

But by the second year, I was like, I still need some more training to deal with this, because this is not just teaching. When you’re dealing with 18 and under, you’re not just going in there. I don’t thrive in that environment.

I did well. The students, they love me. Years later, I had the boys, which.

That was the one. I was like, I could do the girls, but the boys, they were coming back. You were my favorite teacher.

And I’m like, really? You know, so when you get that feedback. So I, I stopped doing the teaching, and I was like, okay, well, what’s next? I decided to go to massage school. Now I have a.

I have a physical condition called scoliosis. And my spine has a real S curve, which then also has some twisting. So, you know, I got my shoulders down.

You know, I had to accept this is part of my uniqueness. You know, you can’t, you can’t walk around, look, thinking you gonna be a diva. And, you know, I, I, I. My body.

This is how God has decided to keep me humble. So I really allow the beauty to come out of me. Then you looking at me, you know, if you see it, it’s beautiful.

That’s God. But that’s not. I went inside for my own self.

And so I needed to understand. When you say, so, I’m loving these stories that you’re sharing with us. And so what I hear you saying is that one of your dreams was to be a teacher.

And you did that for a few years and a couple of years, and that dream was fulfilled. And then you were on to your next dream, where you started manifesting this massage business and tapping into that healing energy that you’ve had in your hands, where your hands would burn. So you’re saying the same thing that multiple guests have said is that it’s not one dream, but the dreams keep being fulfilled and you go to the next dream, into the next dream.

And as you grow in your consciousness and your awareness of God and good in you through you, as you that you have another dream and you realize and that’s fulfilled in another dream, that these dreams kind of grow with you. As your consciousness grows, as you evolve, so do your dreams. As you unfold, fold, so do your dreams.

I went to massage school and I learned about anatomy. I needed to know the body. It was also going to help me take care of me.

Because there are times where there are physical challenges. Like one, for example, I will not usher because I can’t stand too long. If you ever see me standing, I’m moving.

Even if we’re at the altar for prayer. Prayer. I’m moving because it hurts the back.

So I wanted to know if it. Why does it hurt? What are the muscles? What are the. What.

How does the nerve flow in there? How is the body working? And what can I do? Because The Bible says, physician, heal thyself. How do I continuously bring forth the health that I was promised? So I went to school. I went full time.

I learned massage. Oh. I was like, this is awesome.

Because not only did I learn massage, I was learning about energy work. So in the church, there are certain activities that they deem is wrong. Okay.

In massage school, you are dealing with people from all walks of life, all religions, all spiritual groups. So I get excited because God, there’s only one God, and we’re all resources and coming from a different perspective. And I love learning about other people’s perspective.

So I started learning other techniques for laying of hands because every country, every community has their. Their way of doing things spiritually. So we.

If you’ve ever heard of Reiki, Reiki is energy work, which I Learned. I’m a Reiki 2 specialist that goes along with all the body work. It’s not something separate, but it brings into understanding energy from a Japanese.

From Japan, a Japanese cultural perspective of energy. And then I went on and I learned about shamanic healing, which is more native to the Americas, a way of healing. So every comedian, will you go to Africa not teaching stuff? Why you’re not teaching? I got a lot of teaching to come out.

So I know this is Song Harpy, since, oh, I’ve heard of Reiki, but I did not know that it was from the Japanese culture. I’ve heard of shamanic healing, but I didn’t know that it was from the native Americas. And now you’re going to be telling me something else that came from Africa.

In Africa, we have multiple countries with different cultures that do think it’s all about energy work. Everything is energy and learning how to understand, to manipulate energy, even massage, even though it’s a physical touch, it’s learning how to manipulate the tissues so that you can produce healing, so that you get the flow going because there’s some type of blockage. And so the work that I learned from going to school, taking all these different classes around energy has helped me to be able
to do have wonderful healing experiences for others when I bring them in for spiritual coaching, to be able to transform their mind and their body so that they can be.

They can live life more abundantly. So I would go to these classes and I’m learning like I went to the shamanic healing. I did.

I did the whole coursework, right? I didn’t just do like Reiki. I only did two because God said it was because the Holy Spirit and I have been talking. The Holy Spirit said, you Just need to.

You have the understanding. You just needed the basics. And this scripture, this is what I was talking about.

And in this scripture, what I was talking about. So I went to the shamanic, which I felt like that was more expansive in understanding healing and the work that you do overall. And I learned what I was supposed to learn, but I could not memorize the prayers or the songs because the Holy Spirit was like, you don’t need to know that.

You don’t have to memorize that. You understand the principle because I’ve called you to represent Christianity. And so my language.

So even when I teach. So I’ve also taught in a massage school. So I went from.

Through the whole process of going to school. I’ve worked with multiple populations, seniors, spas, where, you know, different people, different types of physical bodies. I go to corporate events and I do massaging there.

Or I like to. I like to. You just all over the place.

You just everywhere spreading that healing energy. And I love the correlation that you made a physician, heal thyself. That sometimes we have challenges in our lives, like a physical challenge.

And we think it’s just about us and our physical challenge. But many times our health challenge opens the door for us to be a healer. Often our relationship challenges open the door for us to help people heal in relationships.

Often our financial or wealth challenges open the door for us to help other people have financial wellness in their lives. So I loved how you use the scoliosis and the S in your back to be able to say this was God’s tool of humility, that this keeps me humble, that this was God’s tool to manifest healing in my life and for me to be able to be a healer for others. I love the way you framed that.

That is so powerful, that is so enlivening to be able to take a diagnosis or condition or challenge and be able to see God in it, to be able to see good in it. And not something that detracts from your dreams, but more attracts you to your dream. If I was on the Daily Download, I would say, David, that will be my quote for the day.

That challenges do not detract us from our dream, but they attract us to our dream. They give us clarity of our purpose and our gifts and talents and how they can be utilized for a greater good. And it doesn’t happen overnight.

Because as before I went to the school, before I taught in the. In the high school, I was working with the scriptures. Because with you, whatever class you had, whatever Bible study you had, I was there Whatever you was preaching somewhere.

I was there because I wanted this information. And one of the things is that by. It says, by his stripes, we are healed because Jesus died for us.

We have this to healing. And so I was dealing with the fact at 16, they put a rod in my back from the top of my back to almost the bottom, the bottom of my back. So I was like, well, is.

Does that mean that God’s gonna take the rod out and straighten my back? Like, I had to go through the logical process of understanding this is what I am dealing with. This is an experience that I am having. So, I mean, so I had.

My language had to change, where, okay, God can do anything. But I’m also learning that God is not going to come down from heaven and straighten my back and that I. It may never be straight in this realm, you know, in this body, in this time frame, in this. It may not.

So what are you going to do about it? Are you. Can you live with it? Can you. In all things, can you be content? And in this situation, how do you give God glory? So that was like the process of the thought to get to the place where, when I was teaching in the massage school about six years ago, I was able to be.

To show them what, what this back looks like that you, you know, we have. We have backs that, you know, bodies that we will work on that pretty much look like the anatomical human that was made with the straight back. And you could see all the muscles, right.

But then you have someone like me. This is another version of God on earth. Just because it’s not the norm does not mean that.

That it’s wrong. This is God, this is good. Well, we’ve already established that we not normal, we abnormal.

And so that back is just a reflection of that. And I love how you are clearly Christian. When I talk to you, I can hear that you are clearly Christian and you’re so open to other forms of spirituality and hearing other people’s experience without being.

I think you called it the love bunny, where you all over the place, but you seem to be very grounded in your beliefs, but not making other people wrong about their beliefs and still being open to hear and learn about other belief systems and faith traditions while still at the same time being grounded in your own faith. Because you talked about Jesus and the cross and healing and all of that. And it’s just so amazing to meet someone that is really clear about what they’re supposed to do and their
way of following God and open that there are other paths that there Are other ways for other people.

Yes. Thank you. I found especially teaching and massage in the school that helped me.

I was able to have church, but in a faith, in a. In a. In a faith way I was able.

And, and I have people that come to me for coaching from different religions because they don’t. They feel the love, they don’t feel the dogma. They don’t feel like I’m trying to make them believe what I believe.

There are certain premises that we have to start with. Do you believe that there’s only one. One God that we all come from that, you know, once we can establish that, then I said, okay, then we could work from there.

You don’t have to accept Jesus because that’s. You grew up Muslim or you grew up Hindu. But if we can find that common ground, I can help you because the principles still are the same.

So they told you they believed in multiple gods and that it wasn’t just one God? Yeah. Well, then what I would do is try to get still a common ground because like for instance, in the religion of Yoruba, which a lot of it comes out of Nigeria, and then we have in the United States, there’s a whole process. So they have different gods.

So just like the. My mind translates it. So just like, let’s say in the Catholic Church, they have the saints, which are the apostles, and they have Mary and these are people that they pray to.

I look and then. But see also in those religions there is a supreme God. So these are all like the children.

So I’m like, oh, I get it. One God. We’re all resources.

And so you, like, you pray for prosperity. So this is the person that you pray to. In my mind, that’s the aspect of God that you’re pulling on.

Got you. I love that. That is so wise and sophisticated to be able to see these different nuances and see their unity as opposed to seeing them as divided.

So how did all of this classes and studying and experiences of different spiritualities and religions and your own personal journey lead you to this business of living well today? So I’ve been a licensed massage therapist for 20 years. Over 20 years now. It was in 2020, 24.

And so in 2024 I got licensed and I started working. I started working with multiple communities. And one of the companies that I worked with was a woman who had a specific niche in massage.

She used to work at a group home for the development developmentally intellectually disabled. Okay, so we’re talking about people that may been born with. Let’s say on the spectrum of autism that may have cerebral palsy, that could have schizophrenia.

I mean when we look at, at this population, you know, a lot of people like oh, I don’t want to deal with them because you don’t know how they’re going to be. Well, for over, for 20 years I’ve worked with this population, massaging them. So she worked as a staff at one time and she went to school for massage and she was like this, this population doesn’t get that loving touch that just a general something outside of I’m cleaning you up, I’m doing this.

And so she developed this company where her and other therapists will go to different group homes and massage. So I massage different people. I have several homes that I own by myself had.

And it’s a labor of love because I think about Jesus said feed my sheep, you know, to clothe them and do all these things. So I get paid to follow the kingdom mandate by helping everyone. And this is a unique population of God, unique offsprings.

And a lot of times people look at them, they’re scared, right? But with me and all of my uniqueness, I can embrace everyone because I’m like, who am I to judge anybody on their physicality, on how they think, think. And so I get to, I get to go in there. I have clients that usually they can range from low functioning.

So I have one house that I see twice a week and it’s four of them. They don’t speak, they moan, they might say a couple of words, but they don’t really speak. They are all wheelchair bound.

So I’m not bringing a table or a massage chair. With this community you may, it’s not about, oh, you have a knot in your neck. I’m going to straighten it out or you know, if, if, if I keep massaging your leg, it’ll help you to walk.

But you also have a neurologic, neurologic neurological issues going on. So I’m not there as I as, as it would be if you came for me to give you a massage. We’re going to look at your body.

We’re going to try to work some things out here. It’s more of a comforting, a healing touch. So some of them, some, some of them don’t like the rubbing.

So I’m just, all I’m doing is spending time with them. I sing songs to them. I have, I have one young lady who just moans and grinds her teeth and she can be mean to other people.

But I come in there and I’m like, hey, beautiful, how you doing? And I give her a hug and I kiss her. And if her hands are free, she will move it around to hug me. And when I was like, I love you.

And one day she said, I love you back. So I. This is like watching God through other people. Because when I see anybody, I see the God first.

And so when you see the love come through the vessel, it’s. It’s just awesome. So a year ago, how I got this, a year ago in June, the owner of the business said, I think I want to sell.

After 20 plus years of it, she was tired, tired of the. It’s. It’s a lot when you have to supervise people.

And so the first. Now I am fully human and fully divine. So the first thought that came to my mind was, man, that little extra money I may not have because if she sells the company, maybe we won’t have.

You know, I was so. My thinking was so limited to just the resource of the finances. Gotcha.

Then my husband, which was my fiance at the time, said, if you don’t go ahead and call, email her and tell her you want to have a conversation about it. If you could see how I see you. And so I have been working on seeing myself through other people’s eyes.

And in the course of that, I went ahead first off, I still was a little bit more focused on, oh my God, I’m gonna lose this than obtaining a business. Because I was like, I don’t have money to buy a business. All these limitations were coming, right? And the thing with God, there is no limitations.

So I. There is no limitation. There is none. So it’s God, all things are possible.

And it’s that consciousness that allows our dreams to come true. Those that have been spoken and unspoken, those that have been charted and uncharted. Is that.

That being open to divine unlimited ideas, being open to endless possibilities, that. That is the energy that brings our dreams into expression, into manifestation. So you went from a lack of consciousness of, oh my God, this business is going to close.

What am I going to do with my side hustle? What am I going to do with those resources that I’m not going to, because she’s selling the business to abundance, that I can buy the business, that I can be the business owner. And so not only is it not a loss, it’s a gain, and it’s a. I love it when it’s a win win situation because I, I’m healing and helping these people.

And it’s also providing me with extra income and Extra resources. So I just love this wonderful dream that has come into fruition of you getting this business. And thank you so much for sharing your journey because many times people see people’s success and it’s like, oh, they just woke up like this.

But you share with us a third and 20 year journey of allowing this dream to be birthed through you that actually exceeded your expectations. And the Bible says that God is able to do exceeding abundantly above all that we can ask or even think according to the power that works in us. And it seems like that power has been working in you for a long time that is still working and manifesting your dream.

Thank you so much, Dr. Lisa, for being with us today and sharing, sharing with us your story of how your dream of being a business owner came into manifestation. We certainly enjoyed having you today. If you have give us a statement, something that somebody is in this place of trying to figure out what their dream is or is their dream going to come to pass.

Give us some words of wisdom briefly to tell us those dreamers, those potential dreamers, a word of wisdom, a word of advice as it relates to their dreams. You can trust God. And if you trust God, then you can trust you.

And that relationship you will be able to bring forth. Because when the Bible says if you delight yourself in the Lord, what does that really mean? That means that you go all in and have that relationship. And here I’ve always believed that because of the scripture says we were created in the image and likeness of God.

We all have a blueprint within us. And so we go around searching here and there, but we never went inside. And your relationship with God is an inside job.

So when you take that time to just grow with God have I mean, I learned the scripture, pray without ceasing. And I realized that I could do that. Why? Because even in my sleep my husband told me you’d be speaking in tongues in your sleep.

But that took years. That wasn’t something that happened overnight that I. That I can consciously say I pray without ceasing. You’ve got to work that principle.

Learn about who you are and you learn and then your dreams. Because as you delight yourself in the Lord, God will give you desires of your heart. As you grow with God, you’ll understand what your desires are.

We think we know what our desires are. I want this and I want that. But want and desire are different.

You can have all things are possible. Wow. I love that.

If I can trust in God and God is in me, then I can trust myself. That is so powerful to trust yourself to go within and to allow, to let, to surrender, to submit to this goodness that is in us, through us and flows as if this has been such a powerful, powerful experience.
